- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or sales events.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

- Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Shipping Charges:
- Standard shipping is free for all orders over 2000. For orders under 2000, a flat rate of 199 will be applied at checkout.
- Expedited and Express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order at any time by clicking the link in your tracking email.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future, and we will notify you once that option is available.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Missing or Damaged Items:
- If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
